In the last week the Benefithousing team have been working hard to increase the service offerings to the searching tenants. This post outlines exactly what we have been doing and how you can use the site to help you find the perfect rental property for you and your family if you are in receipt of Housing Allowance, DSS, Housing Benefit or council payments.
Talkplace Forum
The talkplace has been upgraded and now has a better user interface, there are regular topics which will be posted by the Benefithousing team outlining any new features, agents or landlords that have joined the site. Tenant Wanted Adverts
It is highly recommended to add a wanted advert on the site, this is a small ad that gives details of the type of property you are looking for, what area and a little more detail about your requirements. Property Section
There are more letting agents and landlords uploading property to the site now so the property section is a place you really need to be. There are new properties added on a regular basis so do make sure you check back often to see if anything new has been added. - Go to the DSS Property
