Local Housing Allowance Boston

Since April 2008 the local councils have now changed from using DSS
and are using a new method called Local Housing Allowance (LHA).
The result of this is two pronged, firstly the calculation method
has changed and it is now calculated by the number of people and the
age of people. Secondly the payments can now be made directly
to the claimant rather than direct to the landlord.
